Dear mom, I’m sorry for the worry that I have ever put you through as I learned my mistakes and you still help carry me through. I love you and thank you for everything.

When I fell and cried, mom you were always there to pray and cry with me to make it go away. It is because of you, that I am stronger. Your prayers keeps me going… Thank you! As I’ve grown older, I realize all you give up for me and I hope to do the same for you. I hope to make you happy for the rest of your life. For all the times you have given things to my siblings and I, all the times you sold your best clothes just to feed us, for all the times you couldn’t meet up standards with your friends because you want to give us best life. It is time for me to start giving back to you, Maami. Thank you for giving me wings so that I may try to learn how to fly even though you sometimes have to catch me when I fall. I only soar higher, mom because of you.

For all the times I never said thank you because I thought you knew, I thank you now more than ever, Maami. I love you Mom and I pray God grant you long life to enjoy this new life you’re about to begin. I go too spoil you with Money don’t worry Iya Morili. God is with us”.
