“There will be turbulence” Mompha vows, threatens the Judicial system

Embattled Dubai-based Nigerian businessman, Ismaila Mustapha who is popularly known as Mompha has threatened violence.

The founder of Ismalob Global Investment has vowed to cause turbulence this week.

Unleashing his fury, he stated that he is ready for anything that would happen to him.

He vowed that he wouldn’t allow no justice and corrupt judicial system in Nigeria.

“Made up my mind Already. There will be Turbulence this week and am ready for any shit that is gonna happen. No justice and corrupt judicial system in Nigeria”.

Kemi Filani news recalls in January that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had re-arrested Mompha, for allegedly laundering monies earned via criminal operations and keeping suspected profits of crime.

Mompha, who was detained on January 10th, was on trial with his firm, Ismalob Global Investment Limited, on an amended 22-count allegation of computer fraud and money laundering in the amount of N32.9 billion levelled by the EFCC against him.

However, he was released on March 28, after spending 10 weeks in EFCC detention.

His case had been adjourned to June 6, 2022.

This was pronounced by the Justice Mojisola Dada led Special Offences Court in Ikeja on June 2.

The adjournment was to enable both the Economic and Financial and Crimes Commission, EFCC, and the defendant to give “report” on the terms of a plea bargain being worked on.

However, it seems Momoa’s case wasn’t held on the scheduled date hence the reason for his threats.
