Popular actress, Lilian Afegbai, who recently recounted her bitter experience in Paris, France, has taken to IG to narrate how she wasted over N400k while trying to reduce the cost of ‘fake life’.

Narrating her ordeal, Lilian Afegbai who began by advising people to stop trying to cut corners by buying cheap products, said in her attempt to save cost, she sent her house-help to buy foodstuffs at mile 12 market, where cheap consumables are sold but she ended up losing the money to thieves and then the actress said she gave another 100 thousand naira plus to the househelp of her friend and when she got to her friend’s house to get the food items, she ended up breaking the headlight of her car.

And to crown it all, the so called food products they purchased for her turned out to be only tomatoes and pepper.

Lamenting, the actress and influencer called on anyone who wants tomatoes and pepper to come and take some as her house is filled with the items and smelly because of them.

Kemi Filani News recalls, Lilian Afegbai, took to social media to thank God after she was attacked by a thief in January 2022.

According to the actress who is known for flaunting her luxurious purchases on social media, she had a 7 year old in her house when the thief attacked.

She however appreciated God for saving her life
