Report on Monday night indicated that a train carrying over 900 passengers was bombed by suspected terrorists between Rijana and Katari in Kaduna State.
A passenger was reported to have managed and called his relation saying all passengers were lying on the floor as the terrorists shot at the train, sporadically.
Efforts to get confirmation from the Kaduna police could not yield any result.
At the Rigasa rail station in Kaduna, the train was still being expected as at time of this report,even as some people expecting their relations traveling in the train were sighted busy making calls and looked worried.
One was later heard saying ” praise be to Allah. The soldiers and DSS have secured the train.”
